Spain Commercial, Inc. was engaged for two construction projects with Cullom & Farah Eye & Laser Center, located within the Riverside Medical Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. In addition to modernizing the Center’s 2,810 square foot main office facility, Spain also built out its 1,006 square foot laser center area, equipping it with the very latest amenities and treatments.
