Steve is President of Spain Commercial, Inc. He began his career in construction over 25 years ago working for a locally owned company before deciding to venture out on his own in 1991. His goal is the same today as it was then - create quality, budget conscious construction projects. |
Mike Armentrout, Vice-President

Mike joined Spain Commercial, Inc. as Vice-President in 2002. Mike brought with him 20 years of commercial construction experience. Mike began his career in a family owned general contracting company and later moved to the Hampton Roads area to expand his interest in Design/Build construction. He considers the relationships that are built between our clients as "the most important and most enjoyable" part of this business. |

Project Managers and Estimators
Our Project Managers and Estimators have many years of construction experience. Many of them began their careers with Spain Commercial, Inc. in-the-field. Their goal is a quality, budget conscious project while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Designers
Thinking about renovating or new construction? We have two full-time Designers on staff with over thirty years combined experience in design. Our Designers can handle much of the design process allowing the client the freedom to explore design options at minimal expense. Let them help you translate your dream into reality.
Crews
Spain Commercial, Inc. has a staff skilled in all facets of demolition, metal and wood framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. We are able to provide these services in-house and have an outstanding pool of contractors in other specialty trades. Our field staff is comprised of general laborers to master carpenters. They are important to the success of a project and the reputation of Spain Commercial, Inc.
